In order to maintain the safety and wellbeing of all clients and clinicians at the Richardson Street Practice, we ask that you do not attend the practice with cold or flu symptoms, and that you request a telehealth appointment if you are unwell.

Telehealth sessions are available for those who cannot or would prefer not to attend a face-to-face session. Please contact your individual clinician regarding their cancellation policy if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment due to illness.
