About Bronny Raykos
Bronny is a senior clinical psychologist who is passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based psychological interventions with clients at the centre of their own mental health care. Bronny has worked in the public health system for 16 years across adult and child services in Western Australia, and at the Institute of Psychiatry in London with adolescents with depression. She also conducts clinically driven research, working with national and international researchers to improve treatment outcomes and access to evidence-based treatment.

Bronny helps clients make sense of their difficulties, set goals, learn new strategies for relating to thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, experiment with doing things differently, and gain confidence in living a life that connects with personal values. Bronny has a creative, compassionate and client-centred approach to therapy, and will track progress to ensure that clients are benefiting from treatment.
Bronny offers a very limited number of places to families in her family-based treatment (FBT) program. If referring to FBT please note that due to high demand, there are strict criteria for this program:
The young person has a diagnosis of anorexia nervosa and is medically stable for outpatient treatment
Recent onset illness (i.e. within the first year)
The young person is living in the family home AND parents are willing to attend all treatment sessions AND parents are willing to take charge of renourishing their young person in the first phase of treatment
