About Erica Usher
Erica commenced private practice in 2004 after moving from a hospital setting in Perth where she practiced as a Clinical Psychologist. During her time at this hospital, she was responsible for both individual and group therapy using a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy model. Erica was also involved in developing programs and supervising Clinical Psychology Trainees and Registrars.
Erica has continued to supervise Registrars until 2015. Erica holds a Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology. She supervised the Post Natal Depression Program at Midland Women’s Health Care Place for over ten years, and holds a special interest in working with women in the post-natal period.
Erica has also been involved in developing and presenting group programs for those who are experiencing difficulty managing their weight, and also sees people on an individual basis for weight management assistance.
Erica is a full member of the Australian Psychological Society, the Australian Psychological Society College of Clinical Psychologists, and the Institute of Clinical Psychologists.
